PAYMENTS

Payments are made via Paypal. I will send an Paypal Invoice to you.• Please specify whether you want to pay full / half upfront.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

• Commissions are usually in A4 size (300 dpi), depending on your character detail, the canvas might change a little bit. The approximate size is around 2400x3500 px. However some works may vary even up to 6000 px.
• Full-color commission with simple background.
• 3 Corrections max.

COMMISSION PROCESS

• After I accept your commission, full payment or a deposit must be sent before I start finishing your piece.
• Once I start your commission I will send you a sketch. Any changes or edits should be discussed and requested during this phase.
• When the sketch has been approved, any minor changes (color/size) are welcome, but any bigger changes (character's pose, background, facial expression, mood etc.) will be charged additionally. Please make sure to mention all the details you feel important, during ordering.
• Make sure to check your emails often. When I finish your commission, I will send you a small preview to your email. Please confirm it within 3 days. If not, a final file will be sent automatically after 3 days and your commission will then be closed.

Terms of Service

  • Commissions are for personal use only and may not be resold/reused for personal gain or profit unless otherwise discussed. Please let me know before I confirm the commission if you intend you use the artwork for commercial use as that will incur a higher fee.

  • Commissions are not allowed to use for AI learning and development in any kind of similar form.

  • By commissioning means you enjoy my art style and the provided information. During my art journey, I will keep improving my art style along the way, so my art will look slightly different among the years. Please refer to my social media for current artworks.

  • References are required, I will not draw solely based off writtendescription to insure I can provide a proper quality piece for you. If you do not provide enough information, I will proceed your commission with what I find most suitable to your character.

  • Generally the commission will take from a few days to a month and a half depending on how long my queue is and how complex your request/character(s) are.

  • I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media unless stated in the request. May incur additional privacy fee. I reserve the right to stream the process unless otherwise discussed.

  • Feel free to re-post the commission, just include credit to my social media You can print it for personal use.

  • Refunds are not allowed when the commission has been started.

  • You will receive a full resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered.

  • I am allowed to decline any commission requests. Generally this will be due to my schedule, or if I don't think I can deliver well enough on your request.
